How Should I Start My Weight Loss In A Week Program?
I’m still considering which type of diet I should use to start working to kick-off my diet bananza! I’m wondering whether or not the Master Cleanse is the fast that I should use. For a little background information the Master Cleanse was a fast that was created by Stanley Burroughs. This diet is alternatively known as the “lemonade diet” and has been used by several super-stars such as Beyonce and other famous celebrities.
The advantages of the Master Cleanse is that not only do you lose weight but you also cleanse your body at the same time. Apparently weight-loss is a byproduct of the actual filth and junk getting out of your body. I’m actually really interested in trying the Master Cleanse because it would allow me to start off my diet quest with a clean and healthy system.
I know that doing this juice fast is a little bit cheating because it is actually a 10 day plan but the way I figured it is that it’s probably better for me to kick the diet off with a strong start and a clean system. I think that I would actually be more conducive to loosing weight more rapidly with a healthy system that isn’t holding onto a bunch of bad chemicals.
Just think about it, it makes sense that if you have a clean digestive tract that you are able to easily digest appropriate foods and pass unwanted foods. I think that I am ultimately going to have to decide to do the master cleanse to kick off the show. Now it is time to research exactly what it is I need!
