My Journey To Lose Weight In A Week

This blog is going to be about my attempts to try various weight-loss techniques over the course of 7 days. I am currently in the process of figuring out exactly which program that I am going to use but I have a couple of ideas for a few of them.

In my attempt to lose weight in 7 days  I understand that I will probably put myself at risk with all of these health changes. But that is the fun of it right? I can’t wait to get started. I think that I will try and get this underway maybe by June 15th, 2010. That is 13 days from now. I ‘m still researching what weight loss program that I am going to use to test my goals.

My weight loss blog will consist of the following: daily updates, what I’ve eaten, the amount of physical activity I have done for the day, how I feel and probably some emotional stuff.

If you’re asking yourself why someone would subject themselves to this type of weight loss it’s probably because the answer is simple: I want to. While I won’t do anything to my body that is harmful, which includes diet pills and other man-made chemicals, I will subject myself to various forms of fasting.

I think that this blog will serve two purposes: 1) to make me more healthy, 2) to provide resources for individuals to use in the future. I’m really excited about this blog. The accountability that I know that this community will provide will be priceless. Stay tuned and bookmark this site! It’s going to be one heck of a ride!

  1. Losing weight can be a dangerous pastime. Much better to eat good fresh fruit and vegetables as little cooked as possible. Just enjoy eating but keep it sensible and the weight should take care of itself. Remember my slogan 0 Healthy Body – Happy Heart!
